BT-552 Membrane Conductivity & Single Cell Fuel Cell Test System
Use this system to perform the following tests:
- In-plane conductivity testing on your pure membrane sample
- Contamination testing on your pure membrane sample
- Through-plane conductivity testing on your membrane assembled in an MEA
- Activation Energy / Transition Temperature Testing
- Hydrogen Crossover / Permeability Testing
- Open Circuit Testing
- Polarization Curves
- Cyclic Voltammograms (Potentiostat Required. Not Included.)
The following equipment is included with the BT-552:
- Two 1000 sccm mass flow controllers
- Anode Line: One inlet pressure gauge for hydrogen. One inlet pressure gauge for nitrogen.
- Cathode Line: One inlet pressure gauge for nitrogen. One inlet pressure gauge for air.
- One hydrogen flashback arrestor for safety
- Two BekkTech Saturators
- One set 5cm2 fuel cell test hardware
- One BekkTech Conductivity Cell
- Two back pressure regulators
- Heated Gas Lines
- BT-201 Temperature Control System for control of five heated components
- Computer installed with LabView Basic, Microsoft Office Basic, and BekkTech Testing and Data Acquisition Software
- Keithley 2400 Sourcemeter to apply voltage and measure current
- Agilent 6060B Load Box
